Patricia Odom, BScPT, is from Canada and studied Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto, where she graduated in 1998. She spent her first four years working in a busy outpatient hospital-based clinic in Toronto, where she specialized in the treatment of post-surgical joint rehabilitation, post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation, and post-fracture management. She moved to the United States in 2002 and has worked in Virginia, Massachusetts, and Maryland, in both acute care hospital and clinic settings. Her post-graduate clinical education includes training in advanced orthopedic manual therapy courses, craniosacral therapy, spinal stabilization, balance, and functional training and rehabilitation exercises. She has served as the lead therapist in a multidisciplinary chronic pain program and has also served as a clinical instructor for physical therapy students in Toronto, Boston and Virginia. In her spare time, Patricia enjoys walking her dog, playing the piano and hiking.
