Christina Greenwood, DPT, ATC started her academic career at Penn State University where she obtained her Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology and athletic training. She then worked as an athletic trainer and obtained her MS in Exercise Science from the University of Delaware. She worked as an athletic trainer in Baltimore, MD for 4 years before going back to school to complete her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at George Washington University. While at GW, she developed her interest in manual therapy and orthopedics through a manual therapy-based internship in Sydney, Australia and participation in an American Academy of Orthopaedic Manual Physical Therapists student interest group. She has furthered this interest, through continuing education in Maitland-Australian Physiotherapy Seminars. In her free time, she enjoys running, playing lacrosse, and watching football with her husband.
